Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in generating WordPress and SEO project leads through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms, as well as through social media, LinkedIn, and email outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients, ensuring business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Freelance Platform Lead Generation: Identify and secure WordPress and SEO projects from Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.
  • Outreach & Client Acquisition: Use LinkedIn, email, and social media to connect with potential clients and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Proposal Writing & Bidding: Craft compelling proposals and bids that effectively communicate our expertise and value proposition.
  • Follow-Ups & CRM Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and manage leads efficiently in a CRM.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Strategy & Performance Analysis: Develop and refine sales strategies based on market trends and performance data.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
  • Strong expertise in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms to secure WordPress and SEO projects.
  • Proven ability to generate clients via LinkedIn, social media outreach, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
